ALL SPECIAL ORDERS, INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, ITEMS PURCHASED ON SALE OR AT A DISCOUNT, OR BOUGHT WITH A DISCOUNT CODE ARE FINAL SALE AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR STORE CREDIT, REFUND OR EXCHANGE. You can do whatever you want to make them work for you, re-gift them or sell them!
All other items are exchangeable for store credit only. All items must be returned in unworn and unwashed within seven days of delivery, with tags still attached. 

All returns and exchanges require a Return Authorization number. Please email info@babylonvintage.com to receive your RA number. Once we receive your package, you may exchange your purchase for merchandise or request a store credit. All items returned or exchanged that are in original condition, unaltered and with tags attached will be honored the full purchase price less the cost of shipping and a 10% re-stocking fee and any other fees (ex. Paypal/credit card fees)

BUYING VINTAGE

We do our best to describe and photograph the vintage clothes on our website as you would see them in person. If you ever have questions about color, sizing, fit about any of our garments we are more than happy to assist you. Remember when buying vintage you are purchasing a garment that is often 20 years old or older! It should be understood that these goods have been worn, preloved, and will show some signs of age. 

When purchasing from our store you are agreeing to our shop policies and that you have read the full condition of a garment and viewed all the photos available. We check our items over for any discrepancies and provide accurate descriptions of this. 

If you feel we have grossly misrepresented your item(s), please email us at info@babylonvintage.com within 3 days of delivery date. Returns are judged on a case-by-case basis, and will be refunded for store credit only. 

All accepted vintage returns that are in original condition, unaltered and with tags attached will be issued a store credit for the full purchase price less the cost of shipping and a 10% re-stocking fee and any other fees (ex. Paypal/credit card fees)

BUYER RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN SHIPPING FEES

All shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for lost/stolen/missing parcels you ship back to us. Please insure and get tracking and delivery confirmation for all returns.

USING YOUR STORE CREDIT

Once we receive your return order we will generate a code for you within 1-3 business days to use at checkout on your next order. Store credit codes expire one year from the date of issue.
