SHIPPING, LOCAL DELIVERY + PICKUP, RETURNS
Please allow 2-3 days for your order to be shipped. All orders, domestic and international, are shipped via USPS. We are currently only shipping with in the United States and Canada.
Shipping fees are based on the weight and size of each item. A notification will be sent with tracking when the order has shipped. Please note that Babylon Vintage is not responsible for customs fees, duties, taxes, or tariffs imposed by the country of destination. Once an item is shipped, Babylon Vintage is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. Shipping insurance is an option at check out and Priority Mail offers $50 of coverage included in the cost of shipping.
If you live in the Portland area, we offer the option of free local pick up from our store in Portland, OR - there will be an option at checkout to select local pickup in place of shipping :)

Currently all sales completed in store and online are considered final and cannot be returned or exchanged. As we grow, we hope to someday expand our returns and exchanges policy.

We do our best to describe and photograph the vintage clothes on our website as you would see them in person. If you ever have questions about color, sizing, fit about any of our garments we are more than happy to assist you. Remember when buying vintage you are purchasing a garment that is often 20 years old or older! It should be understood that these goods have been worn, preloved, and will show some signs of age.
When purchasing from our store you are agreeing to our shop policies and that you have read the full condition of a garment and viewed all the photos available. We check our items over for any discrepancies and provide accurate descriptions of this.
